Cyrospace Technologies acquired Astrium modem design in early 1998 and formed Astrium, Inc. in early 2000 as a wholly subsidiary for the purpose of designing and developing advanced space and hyper speed terrestrial communication systems.</div> <bR> <div> Astrium Inc. is currently engaged with the design and development efforts of new generation broadband systems, optical products, and Lunch-Box-Satellites (TM) . Atrium's focus is to provide systems that carry voice and data over LANs and WANs, over copper and fiber, and over wired and wireless networks.
